Francisco: The Politically Correct Gang is
attempting to change pet licenses. Currently the license refers to the "pet

Therefore, the PC Gang wants the term on these documents to refer to "pet
guardian".
Question: Will you be petitioning your local city
hall to request similar changes? |

| At least there is
one wise judge out there... "A judge has
thrown out a lawsuit filed by the father of an 11-year-old boy whose yo-yo was confiscated
by school teachers. Johnny Johnson of Samburg sought $7 for the yo-yo plus $73.25
for the cost of filing suit against two teachers at Black Oak Elementary School.
Judge Raymond Morris, of Obion County General Sessions Court, dismissed the suit
Wednesday, saying it was frivolous. He ordered Johnson to pay court costs plus the
teachers' legal fees.
School Principal Tommy Carpenter said students were told not
to bring toys on a field trip in April but several did. Teachers confiscated four
yo-yos and told the youngsters their parents could pick up the toys or they could wait to
have them returned at the end of the school year, Carpenter said. He said Johnson
declined the invitation to retrieve his son's yo-yo." |
What does this
yo-yo event mean? Kids
should keep their yo-yos concealed.
People have
kids so they can someday file law suits against schools.
The pendulum is 1 degree closer to
normal. |

The
