Almost Free Money for Buying Consumer Products
1.  A jury awarded $81 million to the family of a man who smoked Marlboro cigarettes for over 40 years and then died of lung cancer.  Why is it that Marlboro should pay money to his family or even to the smoker? Marlboro made a product that the man enjoyed so much he continued to buy & enjoy it for 4 decades.

2.  If you drive a car and have an accident you can sue the manufacturer for making a
     vehicle you liked so much that you bought and drove it.  It was the manufacturer's
     fault that you were unlucky or unskilled and had an accident.
