11. There is now appearing a quantifiable differential between those who achieve and those who have not achieved.  This differential has the catchy label of 'digital divide'.  This process is leading to the view that if the least worthy can not achieve something, then those who are worthy do not have a right to that something. 12.  Today many companies and organizations have instituted hiring practices that go beyond what had been usual in order to hire minorities.  If a company or organization wants to promote diversity among its employees, it need only follow one rule:   Hire the most qualified person based upon education, experience and willingness to work hard.  That will automatically promote appropriate diversity... unless there are not diverse people able to meet performance standards.  Then these companies and organizations will be stuck with the most competent, hard working and highest caliber work forces available.        "Internal, artificially imposed imbalances forced upon an organization, company,
        or nation toward the negative eventually cause self-destruction from within."
        Consider:  The Democratic National Party after recent layoffs of 10 minority workers,
        several visible companies large and small... take your choice of many with excess
        overheads, and Yugoslavia, etc.
