1.)  Define Clark as a retired military leader with opinions who wants to save the nation;

2.)  Maintain Hillary's ever-present, but not too high profile as a senator, while claiming not to be a candidate for president;

3.)  Observe and intervene quietly as needed to ensure that the entire field of democrats running for the presidency destroys each other's credibility and capabilities;

4.)  Enter as the candidate to save the nation after the democratic candidates have destroyed each other and some high profile issue shines a bad light on President Bush.  Hillary rises to the occasion and selects Clark as her VP.
